To deposit money for an inmate at the Kittitas County Jail, you have four options:
1. Dropping Money at the Jail: You can bring money to the jail in person. The jail personnel will process the Inmate Account payment, or you can use a self-serve kiosk in the jail lobbies that accepts cash, debit, or credit cards.
2. Deposit Inmate Money Online: Kittitas County Jail uses Jail ATM to process all online deposits to an inmate’s account. There is a small fee for this service.
3. Mail the Inmate Deposit to the Jail: You can mail a deposit, which might take more time to process. Do not send cash. Always use a Money Order from the US Post Office, a reputable bank, or Western Union. The Money Order should be made out to the inmate’s name, with their Inmate ID# in the memo section. Mail it to: 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA 98926
4. Make an Inmate Deposit Over the Phone: You can deposit money over the phone by calling Jail ATM at 877-810-0914. You’ll need the inmate’s offender number (inmate ID#) and full legal name.
