An overturned trailer briefly blocked all eastbound lanes of I-90 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass on Wednesday, November 2, 2023. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) tweeted at 11:34 a.m. that the trailer crashed at milepost 53 and was causing delays.
The WSDOT said that the trailer was removed and all lanes were back open at 12:07 p.m. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
The WSDOT reminded drivers to slow down and obey the speed limit, especially in the winter months when the weather can be more unpredictable.
