A car crashed into the second floor of a house in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, leaving the driver dead and two others injured. Police have determined that the crash was intentional, and charges are pending.
The crash happened at around 10:30 a.m. in the town of Decatur Township. The driver of the car was 20-year-old Evan Miller.
The house that was struck is located on a residential street. The crash caused significant damage to the second floor of the house. The occupants of the house were not injured.
Pennsylvania State Police said that the investigation determined that Miller intentionally crashed his car into the house. Miller had a history of mental health problems, and police believe that he may have been having a mental health crisis at the time of the crash.
Charges against Miller are pending. The police are still investigating the crash, and they are not releasing any further details at this time.
This is the second fatal car crash in Pennsylvania in recent weeks. In early July, a car crashed into a house in the town of North Huntingdon, killing the driver and a passenger.
